Delving into the millions of travel wish lists created by hopeful travellers on its platform over the last two months, with properties wish-listed across over 100,000 different destinations since the start of March, Booking.com shares the top destinations and properties on Brits’ minds as they wait for when the time is right to travel again.

Since the start of March, some of the top wish-listed international destinations for Brits – who are among the top ten nationalities wish listing the most – feature a number of vibrant  European cities as well as beautiful, sun-filled, beach escapes located further afield.

Booking.com compared the wish list between March and April 2020 to the same months in 2019. Data showed that seaside, sightseeing and shopping are some of the experiences that Brits are most excited to embrace again.
