It is an outdoor observation deck 270m above sea level and will give you a chance to feel and experience the big city ‘Tokyo’ with the Tokyo Tower in the panoramic view.

To be honest, Shinagawa Season Terrace is not for travellers but for business people who work around the Shinagawa area, however, this place is my hidden gem recommendation for your Instagram. It is located in the centre of the city but you can see the beautiful Tokyo Tower without any building blocks in front of you, and the area is very quiet and calm. There are various events each season such as night markets, an outdoor cinema and yoga, which will allow you to experience the city as the locals do.
