Phuket’s MontAzure development in Kamala, performed very well for the second year running at Asia’s largest real estate awards. 

MontAzure claimed the award for Best Mixed Use Development, as well as receiving the Special Recognition in Sustainable Development award, and also being highly commended in the Best Universal Design Development category.

Meanwhile, Twinpalms Residences MontAzure was mentioned in the Best Condo Development (Phuket) category. The beachfront condominium project was also on the list of developments recognised for Best Low-Rise Condo Architectural Design (Resort).

Mr. Setthaphol Boottho, executive director at MontAzure, said, “It’s very satisfying that independent professional industry judges recognised MontAzure for the second year running as one of Thailand’s most outstanding developments.
