Following news of the latest additions to its range of eco-friendly accommodations POP! Hotels and the opening of a new Harris Hotel in Java both coming in February, Indonesia’s Tauzia Hotel Management has now announced the launch of HARRIS Villa.

Located with the grounds of the HARRIS estate in Riverside Housing Malang, the new complex, built as part of an extension to the hotel, is comprised of 26 two-bedroom villas measuring 120sqm, with one twin bed and one king size bed – all equipped with a kitchenette, barbecues, baby chair, patio set – and private whirlpool.

“As the only Villa with 4 Star Hotel facilities in Malang City, we are sure that HARRIS Villa is the right choice for families, long stay guest for their business trip in Malang city, even for couples who want to spend a romantic holiday”, added Jerome Taillard as the general manager of HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Malang.

During the opening period, HARRIS Villa prices start from Rp1,188,000 (USD 86.25) per night.

“The celebration of [the new villas ] was marked with a grand opening party, along with the winner announcement of HARRIS Villa Malang Black & White Photo Hunt Competition which was held last December,” said Ires Mariska, marketing and communications manager of HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Malang. “The total prize for the competition is at 58 million rupiah (USD4,210) and the competition was participated by 125 photographers.”

The Black & White Photo Hunt competition is a brand activation of HARRIS Hotels. It is organized in each hotel opening to accommodate local and national photographers to explore and to sharpen their creativity. The result of Black & White photos from the winners are now exhibited in HARRIS Villa public area and rooms.
