Corporate hospitality and serviced apartment specialists Oakwood, announced last night that they had signed a partnership deal with Thai real estate developers Boutique Corporation, as part of the brand’s expansion project for Thailand.
Underlining their commitment to the strategic partnership agreement, and Oakwood’s presence in the leisure sector, with bricks and mortar, the companies also revealed the opening of two new sites together — a 198-room property located in the Patong area of Phuket and a 76-room property in central Pattaya.

Boutique has worked with an impressive list of international companies to create successful ventures; Amsterdam-based creative workspace pioneer Spaces at the developer’s hipster-friendly Summer Hill “retail hub” in downtown Bangkok. As well as signing with hospitality’s most avaricious organisation AccorHotels, to run the Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub, a 200-key new build hotel set to by the end of 2019.
