The two-day revenue and digital hotel training workshop program, specific to hotels and resorts, will be to be held for the first time in Phuket. It will be held from 14-15 September 2022, between 9am-5pm each day.
The course will be held in-person, led by four expert trainers onsite, and covers revenue management, digital marketing, and data analytics, which are now arguably the must-have core competencies for every modern hotelier, and will no doubt strengthen your ‘commercial acumen’ and professional value.
Trainers include David Nicolas the founder of Marketer4wellness; Sunny Yu the president, HSMAI Thailand & director of sales and marketing Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach; Tamie Matthews the revenue & distribution support for the independent hotelier, HSMAI advisory board member and certified trainer in revenue & distribution and Jackie Douglas the president, HSMAI Asia Pacific & global chair, HSMAI Academy.
Templates will be provided, and attendees will be building a marketing strategy for their own hotels during the workshop. So, the attendee can tangibly prepare for 2023 during the workshop with the direct 1:1 assistance from experts. Also, once the online modules are completed, the individual can gain the Certificate of Revenue Optimisation (Hospitality) from the globally recognised hospitality institution HSMAI Academy.
The aim of this training is to raise the level of knowledge and professionalism of the owner/operators, hotel managers and other marketing and revenue hospitality professionals. The result should be improved performance for hotels.
