A unique and high-end Grand Prix hospitality option has been unveiled as part of MSC Cruises’ Global Partnership with Formula 1, guaranteeing an unrivalled race weekend experience at this year’s Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on 24-26 November 2023.

The new partnership will elevate race weekend accommodations by offering a fully integrated Grand Prix experience that will deliver the trackside thrills of the season’s final race on board MSC Virtuosa, one of the line’s most modern and stylish cruise ships.

The glamorous and modern MSC Virtuosa, which will be docked in the Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal throughout the race weekend, offers comfortable and stylish accommodation as well as an incredible array of amenities such as restaurants and bars, two theatres, a shopping mall and Mediterranean-style promenade, a luxurious spa and fully equipped gym, five swimming pools, an interactive waterpark, extensive kids’ areas, and much more. The packages are on sale from 15 March 2023.

MSC Cruises signed a multi-year agreement in 2022 to become a Formula 1 Global Partner. This new partnership adds to the partnership, which was formed to bring together two global leaders in their respective fields to drive change through their shared passion for excellence, sustainability, and global entertainment.

Various packages are available, combining accommodation, race tickets, and unique insider access with F1 Experiences to create a fantastic race weekend.

Fans searching for elegant accommodations or deluxe suites can discover various options aboard MSC Virtuosa, including half board (breakfast and dinner), complimentary Wi-Fi, and shuttles to and from the track.

Packages begin with a cabin-alone option for those with race tickets or a cabin + Formula 1 Grandstand ticket option for those without.

For diehard Formula 1 fans looking for the ultimate Formula 1 weekend, there are cabin + F1 Experience packages available, as well as premium all-inclusive hospitality (Turn 1 Suite, Paddock Club, and Legend), which includes exclusive insider access such as Pit Lane Walk, Guided Track Tour on a flatbed truck, Formula 1 personnel appearances, and more.

The Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal, where the MSC Virtuosa will dock, is just a short drive from the circuit, making it easy for visitors to travel there and back with complimentary transportation. Furthermore, the city centre is very nearby, making the ship an ideal weekend base. MSC Virtuosa will be in port from 23 November to 27 November, allowing passengers to prolong their racing weekend.
