Behavioural Science and Mindset Facilitator, Dan Czura, and Physiology, Fitness and Movement Expert, Rob Lyon, have teamed up to create Fluition – a unique approach to wellness, combining physical and psychological techniques to achieve optimal wellness and connection. Fluition offers weekend retreats, bespoke events and individual coaching that cater to the mind, body, and soul.

Czura and Lyon saw a gap in the current health coaching and retreat market, where approaches to wellness were either physically or psychologically driven without a complete connection between the two. 

Fluition aims to bridge this gap by using a holistic approach that combines physiology, including exercise, yoga, meditation, breathwork, cold therapy, and nervous system techniques, to achieve a peak state for true psychological breakthroughs to occur in personal development.

The heart of Fluition is the experience of an immersive two night wellness retreat experience where these techniques are tested and individuals can create both physical and psychological breakthroughs and leave not only rested and recharged, but reframed in who they are and what they want out of life.

Fluition’s next two retreats will be held in the Hunter Valley in May and August 2023.
