Ascott Australia currently employs 114 full and part time employees. The 2023 Best Places to Work study was conducted between September 2022 and June 2023. The results represent 43,047 Australian based employees from 101 organisations. Each organisation participating in the study earns a score based on employee responses to an employee engagement survey and a comprehensive evaluation of the organisation’s policies, practices, and procedures.
In the last 12 months, 90% of Ascott Australia employees took advantage of flexible scheduling, including adjustable start and end times, compressed work weeks, part-time arrangements, and remote work opportunities. Paid parental leave, paid volunteering leave and paid domestic violence leave policies were also put in place.
