Experience for everyone!
Ola Hale’s building used to be a modern-style house in Saigon in the 90s, during it’s long life, the remaining value is immeasurable. To honor its history, the owner decided to retain as much of the old house as possible, while creating new spaces and adding details that celebrate Vietnam as well as evoke the essence of Hawaii. Ola Hale hopes that all its valued guests can feel the blended breaths of the past and present, as well as the vibrant Vietnamese and Hawaiian culture in its home.
With the concepts of “Hale” meaning Home and “Ohana” meaning family, Ola Hale Restaurant & Bar boasts a four-story design, offering a diverse and emotionally rich experience, mirroring Hawaii’s waves that grow wilder and higher as the night depends. Each floor carries a distinct character. The second floor is a dining-focused space, suitable for organizing parties or gatherings for families and businesses. A perfectly mixed cocktail in the refreshing evening air, on the third floor is an excellent choice for people from all ages to enjoy Happy Hour together after a long day.
