Safari travel company Go2Africa has just released the world’s most expensive vacation that will cost a family of four over $690k. Recently, Go2Africa conducted a study analyzing over 134,000 enquiries to their website and found that the most popular locations safari lovers want to visit are Kenya (23%), Tanzania (22%) and South Africa (21%).
The most popular attractions also included seeing the Big 5 (26%), visiting Victoria Falls (14%), meeting locals (10%), visiting Cape Town (9%) and Gorilla Trekking (8%).
With this in mind, they have curated the world’s most expensive safari, visiting six countries over an action-packed 24 days and costing $172,545 per person.
The vacation takes guests on a whirlwind tour of Africa’s most exotic locations where they’re almost guaranteed to see the Big Five. The itinerary boasts the most luxurious accommodations in Africa, from tented safari camps to riverside treetop villas, the most exclusive activities with experts you could only dream of meeting and some of the best nature the world has to offer.
Guests will spend over three weeks exploring the highlights of Southern and East Africa while enjoying private charter flights between each location. Locations include Kenya, Victoria Falls, Cape Town, Volcanoes National Park, Serengeti and the white sands of the Seychelles.
No expense has been spared, with luxury accommodation exclusively reserved for the trip including a completely private island on their final days on the island of Cousine in the Seychelles. Expertly curated experiences include a photography safari, a hot air balloon ride, night game drives, gorilla trekking and even a day trip on a private yacht.
Guests will travel in style with their own personalized and locally-made leather luggage that they’ll receive before the trip. There’s also the option of a private film crew to document the entire trip with a fully edited video to look forward to when landing home.
The tour will follow in the footsteps of some of the biggest celebrities in the world. Ellerman House in Cape Town is a favorite of both The Kardashians and Meryl Streep. The private game reserve of Singita is another star-studded spot playing host to Oprah, Charlize Theron, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel.
Throughout the trip, guests will experience local life by visiting numerous positive impact projects including Reteti Elephant Sanctuary, Alfajiri Foundation and Maunga Village Primary School as well as contributing to the conservation of each park. Go2Africa will also fully offset the carbon footprint of your trip.
