Air Astana proudly received a host of awards at the 2024 World Travel Catering and Onboard Services Exhibition (WTCE), a global event for inflight catering, onboard services, and passenger comfort held in Hamburg on 28th-30th May 2024. WTCE brings together industry leaders to showcase the latest innovations and set new standards in passenger experience.

The multiple awards to Air Astana were spread across the Onboard Hospitality, TravelPlus Airline Amenityand PAX International Readership Awards.

Onboard Hospitality Awards were received in the following categories:

– Winner 2024 in category Best for Economy/LCC Amenities

-Highly Commended in category Best for Service Equipment:Crew: Single-Use 100% Cotton Table Linen

-Highly Commended in category Best for Young Travellers: Baby/Kids Amenity Kit

Air Astana previously received Onboard Hospitality Award in 2018 and 2021.

Air Astana also excelled in PAX International Readership Awards, becoming the winner in the Central Asia region in several categories:

– Outstanding Food Service by a Carrier

– Economy Class Amenity Kit

– Children’s Amenity Kit

Air Astana previously received recognition from PAX International Readership Award awards in 2019 and 2020.

Air Astana has also won awards in two categories in TravelPlus Airline Amenity Awards:

– Gold Award for Baby/Infant Bag

– Gold Award for Economy Class Kit

For the first time in its history Air Astana received Prestigious Five Star Rating for Passenger Amenities, which represents a global benchmark of Airline Excellence in Onboard Passenger Amenities. Previously Air Astana received TravelPlus Airline Amenity Awards seven times in various years since 2010.
