For over three decades, Aman has offered its guests transformative experiences for mind, body and soul. A natural continuation of its hotel yoga experiences, Aman launches Aman Essentials Yoga on 21 June 2023, a sustainable collection comprising a yoga mat with strap, two yoga blocks, a cork ball and roller.
The new yoga collection will be available for guests to use whilst in resort, and to purchase via Aman Boutiques and shop.aman.com for use in the comfort of one’s home.

Aman Cork Yoga Mat with Pouch and Strap – $480 /£ 386/ €449: Made from sustainably sourced cork, the Aman Yoga Mat is backed with a thick natural black rubber foam. These two materials combine to create a comfortable mat on any surface which has exceptional non-slip properties ensuring even more grounding in one’s flow. Additionally, the Yoga Mat features a canvas strap for convenience and ease of carrying, while a detachable canvas pouch is perfect for storing essentials.
Aman Yoga Block Trio – $235 / £185 / €262
o Aman Cork Block: Available in two sizes, Small (23 x 7 x 12 cm) and Large (22 x 9 x 15cm), the Aman Cork Block is made from sustainably sourced cork and is a tactile yet robust addition to the collection. Supporting yoga progression, the blocks can be used when participating in all forms of yoga, as well as gentle stretching routines to help the body ease into and learn new postures.
o Aman Cork Ball: Measuring 8cm in diameter, the Aman Cork Ball is a fantastic addition for muscle soreness and helping to release any tightness when used as a targeted roller.
o Aman Cork Cylinder: The Aman Cork Cylinder is 30x10cm, designed to maximise the benefits of ‘foam’ rolling, encouraging increased blood flow to the muscles, reducing muscle inflammation, easing muscle pain, and increasing range of motion.
The entire collection has been created with a focus on the use of 100% natural, sustainably sourced cork. Known for its hypoallergenic properties, cork is also durable, lightweight, insulates heat and retains warmth, as well as boasting a tactility which elevates the daily yoga practice.
