Celebrity Chef Daniel Green Returns to Anantara Riverside with his Culinary Wellness Journey

Celebrity Chef Daniel Green Returns to Anantara Riverside with his Culinary Wellness Journey
by Andrew J Wood

BANGKOK: I am looking forward to attend an outstanding culinary event with celebrity Chef Daniel Green, at Trader Vic’s Bangkok this coming Friday, 26 Apr at 7 pm.

After spending twenty-two years starring in a myriad of TV shows and writing a dozen books, celebrity chef Daniel Green’s journey brings him full circle, to where his journey to stardom began.

Renowned for  his dedication to clean and nutritious cuisine, Chef Daniel Green will curate a menu that promises to tantalise our taste buds and nourish our body and soul. From innovative flavour combinations to meticulously crafted dishes, each course promises to showcase Green’s expertise and passion for wellness-focused dinging

I’m looking forward to my chance to celebrate Chef Daniel’s artistry as he hosts a sumptuous 4-course wellness dinner at Trader Vic’s Bangkok. The venue is well known to me, a culinary landmark. It will also be a return to my own roots as I worked there in the late 80’s/90’s as a group VP in Sales & Marketing. In my day the group was called Royal Garden Resorts and later rebranded to Anantara.

Venue: Trader Vic’s Bangkok

Date: Friday, 26 April 2024

Time: 7.00 pm onwards

Package: THB 1,500++ per person including 4-course wellness set menu and one healthy drink

Anantara Riverside Resort Bangkok’s invitation to the celebrity chef, author, TV host and wellness advocate, Daniel Green, will be an unforgettable culinary experience. A 4-course wellness dinner hosted by Green himself, will be offered.
We will have the exclusive opportunity to dine at the iconic Trader Vic’s, where Green began his own journey to culinary stardom two decades ago. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Chao Phraya River, the evening promises to be a celebration of exquisite food, rejuvenation, and unforgettable memories.
For anyone unable to join this event, worry not, Chef Daniel’s wellness menu will be a permanent fixture at Mocha & Muffins, located on the ground floor of Anantara Riverside Resort Hotel.
