Club Med has today announced its incentive for Summer 2024 bookings. From the 8th April to 20th May, travel agents will earn vouchers for every booking made and will also have the chance to win a place on a Club Med FAM trip with flights included.
Available across all Club Med sun resorts open during consumption (Monday 8th April to Sunday 24th November 2024), a £10 Love to Shop voucher will be given for every booking made- and if the booking is for Club Med Magna Marbella (5 nights minimum), the voucher is doubled, earning a total of £20 Love 2 Shop vouchers. For travel agents participating from Ireland, equivalent vouchers in Euros will be offered.
Travel agents will also automatically be entered to win a place on one of three Club Med Sun Fam Trips to Club Med Magna Marbella, Club Med Palmiye, and Club Med 2 with flight tickets included (terms and conditions apply). Winners for the FAM trips will be announced at the end of each week throughout the six week campaign period.

- Prize Details:
The Incentive prizes are subject to the following conditions:
- Only confirmed bookings with the settled deposit/balance will be redeemed eligible to the incentive.
- Bookings confirmed outside the campaign period will not be eligible, even if confirmed 1 (one) day before or after the eligible booking period.
- Travel Partners must be registered within Club Med UK SAS to be eligible to win the prize incentives.
- Club Med SAS reserves the right to determine on which Summer Fam Trip the winner will be offered their place. Club Med will organise flights from London Gatwick, Manchester and or Dublin.
- Booked holidays must consist of 5 nights’ stay or above to be eligible.
- No cash alternative will be given, unless stated otherwise in these terms and conditions.
- Fam trip place winner must be over the agent of 18 years old at the date of travel.
- The voucher incentive will be capped at £10 voucher per file reference not per room booked.
- The incentive is only applicable to a total of 2000 bookings within the booking period.
- Vouchers are only awarded to Travel Agents who made the direct sale to the Client.
Club Med SAS reserves the right to impose additional reasonable conditions related to the prize if necessary. The incentive can be removed at any time without reason or notice.
In the event that the prize described in Clause 1 becomes unavailable for any reason, Club Med reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equivalent value. No cash alternative will be given.
- Selection of Winners:
All valid bookings, as defined in Clause 4a will be selected as winners and receive their prize as defined in Clause 1a.
The Fam Trip winner of the Trade Incentive will be selected at random from all valid bookings confirmed during the booking period of the Club Med Summer Campaign. (between 8th April to 20th May 2024).
Notification Process: The winners will be notified by Club Med UK via posting on Club Med Agents UK & Ireland Facebook page every Monday from 15th April to 20th May 2024. The Fam Trip winner will be selected and notified via email every two weeks between 08 April – 20 May 2024. All winners will be notified by 30th May 2024. The notification will include instructions on how the winner(s) can claim their prize.
- Data Protection and Privacy
- Data Collection: Club Med SAS will collect personal data from the Participant, including, but not limited to name, contact details, and any other necessary information for the purpose of managing entries to the Trade Incentive. The Participant consents to this collection of personal data upon entering into the Trade Incentive.
- Data Use: Club Med SAS will use the collected data for the purposes of managing the Trade Incentive, contacting winners, and promoting the Trade Incentive Campaign. The Participant consents to this use of personal data upon entering the Competition.
- Data Storage and Security: Club Med SAS will store the collected data in a secure storage system, with appropriate measures such as encryption and access controls in place to protect the data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
- Data Sharing: Club Med SAS may share the Participant’s data with third parties involved in the administration of the Trade Incentive Campaign. The Participant consents to this sharing of personal data upon entering the Competition.
- Data Retention: The Organizer will retain the Participant’s data for a period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions, after which the data will be deleted or anonymized.
- Participants’ Rights: The Participant has the right to access their data, request corrections, object to processing, and request deletion of their data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
