Dig This® LLC, parent company of Dig This® Franchising, and Dig This Las Vegas, announced  its first U.S. franchise is scheduled to open April 2017 in Midlothian, Texas at the new TexPlex Park.

Dig This DFW will be one of five extreme activities at the new 1000-acre TexPlex Park located twenty minutes south of Dallas/Fort Worth.

“We are very excited to have Dig This be part of a new world-class experiential park that has something for everyone,” said Ed Mumm, owner/founder of Dig This LLC and managing director of Dig This Las Vegas. “It aligns with our vision of being one the best and most sought after experiences on Earth.”

Like Dig This’ Las Vegas operation, Dig This DFW will offer participants as young as 8 years of age the opportunity to command the controls of Caterpillar excavators, track-type dozers, and skid steer loaders.

In addition to operating heavy equipment at Dig This DFW, the TexPlex features jet boats, a mountain bike park, and an off-road park complete with a motocross course, a UTV course, and 4×4 rock crawlers. There will also be a 10,000 sq. foot event center onsite.

The TexPlex Park will be open daily year-round, admission pricing is yet to be announced.
