Last year Swissôtel joined the Accor Hotels stable and is one of the best located five-star business and leisure hotels in Sydney.

It offers modern and well appointed rooms with very convenient access to the Sydney CBD, world-class shopping and dining, Chinatown, State Theater, convention center and Darling Harbor. The 8th floor lobby is very impressive and a perfect place to meet with customers or guests for drinks.

Rooms

The property offers 369 recently renovated contemporary luxury rooms and suites with spectacular city and mountain views. The furnishings are clean, comfortable and very functional. Every room has a modern design and well-appointed furnishings. The bathrooms are supplied with quality Pürovel amenities and are large and clean with good water pressure. The desk in the room is nicely positioned and very comfortable to work from. A Nespresso coffee machine is now appreciated as standard in most 5-star hotels.

Dining

JPB Restaurant serves a very large breakfast buffet which is as good as any hotel in Sydney. The dinner menu is changed regularly and has a great selection of modern Australian cuisine which is very reasonably priced. The selection is so good it is difficult to choose a meal. A unique buffet high tea is also available at the modern and comfortable Crossroads Bar. Another highlight is the very innovative in-room dining magazine called Palate which lists a huge range of food and drinks at very reasonable prices.

Business Facilities & Meetings

The hotel has several meeting spaces with some offering natural daylight that cater to small groups as well as conferences for up to 400 people. Mobile phone reception is good and the welcome (free) internet produced adequate upload and download speeds of around 2MBPS. A faster internet package is available for $A19.95 per day. There are plenty of places to hold meetings in very tasteful surrounds. The 9th floor Executive Club Lounge is worth paying a little extra for as it has a wide range of drinks, snacks and canapes at night and throughout the day.

Swissôtel Sydney has an impressive outdoor pool, well-appointed gym, spa and secure guest parking.
