Guesty, the property management solution for short-term property management companies worldwide, has added IoT company RemoteLock to its integrations marketplace.
Guesty is a cloud-based platform designed to simplify the complex operations of property management companies and allow the management of listings from multiple accounts on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other vacation rental booking channels.
With the rise of short-term property rentals globally, the marketplace is abuzz with third-party resources that share the same goal – to make life easier for property managers.
RemoteLock launched the world’s first WiFi lock in 2012. The cloud-based technology enables property managers to monitor their rentals and notifies them whenever the locks are accessed.
“Allows our mutual customers to run their business more efficiently”
“Partnering with leading property management solution providers like Guesty is key to RemoteLock’s growth in the hospitality and rental market,” said Nolan Mondrow, CEO of RemoteLock. “We’ve seen many customers already take advantage of the integration. This partnership allows our mutual customers to run their business more efficiently and to scale over multiple units and properties.”
The integration with Guesty enables RemoteLock to pull relevant data from a user’s Guesty account regarding upcoming bookings and guest contact information, and to then send guests unique and temporary access codes to the rental. This eliminates any need for intervention on the part of the property manager.
“A lot of our clients were already using their remote locks so it made sense to make it official”
“The integration with RemoteLock came very naturally,” explains Guesty CEO and co-founder Amiad Soto. “We saw that a lot of our clients were already using their remote locks so it made sense to make it official and remove the extra steps involved in providing keyless access for guests. It’s another way for us to make the jobs of our customers that much easier.”
Guesty’s marketplace includes integrations with several other third-party servicers of the property management community, such as ClearBanc, Stripe, Properly and many more.
