In a pioneering move, Hard Rock International announced the opening of its first hotel in Mainland China, the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen, this week.
Located within the Mission Hills Centreville – site of the largest golf course in the world – the iconic hotel group have high hopes for the new property, which they believe will soon become a new and important landmark within China’s number one economic region Guangdong Province.
Lauded for its famous blend of pop culture and premium hospitality, the Rock ‘n’ Roll brand promises a host of world-class leisure, dining and entertainment options, for travellers seeking something a little more unusual than more traditional accommodations.
Featuring over 250 rooms and suites, Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen offers guests a mix of music-inspired décor and well-appointed modern interiors. And a range of high-end concept accommodations, including Studio Suites, Rock Royalty Studio Suites and the Rock Star Suite.
Throughout the property, guests may explore the impressive selection of over 160 rare and valuable memorabilia on display. Carefully chosen from the Hard Rock’s large and extensive collection of over 80,000 pieces celebrating the legends of Rock history from all around the world.
Travelers to the Shenzen property can choose from four different restaurants. The signature Hard Rock Cafe, rooftop pool bar M.C. Frida, The Cake Shop, the GMT+8 Lobby Lounge and the all-day eatery Sessions. Other facilities include the Body Rock® fitness center, Rock Shop® and Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club™ for junior rock stars. Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen also features more than 1,000 square metres of event and meeting facilities.
