Collectors’ Voyages combine a 14-day Down Under cruise with a Legendary Voyage to offer an extended vacation.

The 14-day itineraries onboard the Noordam allow passengers to easily travel between the two countries and tour the top destinations in the region, all while enjoying Holland America Line’s award-winning service and authentic, localised programming. New Collectors’ Voyages combine a two-week cruise with an epic Legendary Voyage to the South Pacific, culminating in a lengthier holiday of up to 50 days across several cruising destinations.

Noordam’s 14-day sailings are either roundtrip from Sydney or between Sydney and Auckland. For example, the ship’s “Australia and New Zealand” itinerary includes departures from both cities in November 2025 and February and March 2026.

The sailings visit various ports in Australia, New Zealand, and Tasmania, including Melbourne, Hobart, and Port Chalmers, New Zealand.

Guests searching for a cruise centred on New Zealand might pick “New Zealand Discovery,” which departs roundtrip from Sydney on 7 December 2025 and calls only at New Zealand ports such as Auckland, Waitangi, Tauranga, Gisborne, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton (Christchurch), and Port Chalmers.

For example, the 42-day “South Pacific Islands & New Zealand” Collectors’ Voyage, which departs Sydney roundtrip on 4 January 2026, is the result of a 14-day voyage combined with the line’s 28-day “Islands of the South Pacific: Sydney to Auckland” Legendary Voyage.

Noordam guests will benefit from Holland America’s Global Fresh Fish Programme, which allows the ship’s chefs to acquire fresh fish from a network of 60 global ports. Fresh fish would travel from port to plate within 48 hours under the plan proposed in September 2023 and will be implemented across the fleet in 2024.

The seafood programme on the Australia-New Zealand cruise series allows guests to sample local delicacies, including New Zealand green-lipped muscles, Tasmanian Atlantic salmon, and Sydney rock oysters, among other exquisite options.

Noordam has five dining venues: the main dining room, the Pinnacle restaurant steakhouse, Canaletto, which serves Italian cuisine; the Lido Market buffet; and Dive In, a poolside restaurant. The Explorations Cafe offers coffee, snacks, and beverages.
