Hong Kong Airlines announced that it will launch direct flight service to Taichung from 19th July. The new route will be operated daily, greatly enhancing the connection between the two places and bringing more convenience and choices to travellers.
Taichung is an important city in the Taiwan region with rich cultural and tourism resources. Whether it is enjoying the natural ecology of the Gaomei Wetlands, leisure hiking at the Wuling Farm, rafting at the Sun Moon Lake, forest trains at Alishan, or experiencing the vibrant night market culture and cityscape, Taichung’s diverse travel options will provide visitors with a pleasant journey experience.
In addition, the opening of the Taichung route will be integrated with the airline’s existing four daily flights between Hong Kong and Taipei, effectively connecting the northern and central parts of the Taiwan region and offering passengers more flexibility in planning their travel within the territory.
