Hotel 101-Fort in the Philippine capital’s Bonifacio Global City formally welcomed international candidates for the inaugural edition of the Mr & Ms Chinatown Global (MMCG) pageant.
Part of the Hotel 101 Group, the hotel will serve as the official residence for candidates, as well as a diamond partner for the pageant.
This is the result of an agreement signed between the Hotel 101 Group and Fil-Chi Media Productions Inc which operates CHINOY TV.
According to general manager Charley Magabo: “This collaboration underscores Hotel101 Group’s commitment to expanding its presence on the global stage, providing world-class hospitality while celebrating cultural diversity. Hotel101-Fort is excited to welcome and offer its Filipino brand of hospitality to the delegates of Mr and Ms Chinatown Global 2025.”
The MMCG pageant gives candidates of mixed Chinese descent the chance to participate and highlight the culture of their home nations together with their Chinese background.
Poised for expansion
Hotel101 Group is a subsidiary of DoubleDragon Corporation, which operates Hotel101-Manila and Hotel101-Fort, Injap Tower Hotel in Iloilo City, and Jinjiang Inn Philippines in Ortigas, Makati, and Boracay.
The group recently unveiled its direction to begin expanding abroad across various continents, aiming to make Hotel101 the first global Filipino hotel chain.
