Indonesia’s Tauzia Hotel Management has unveiled its sixth brand, Harris Vertu Hotels, which will be rolled out both domestically and overseas.
The new concept will focus on technology, with all rooms coming equipped with LED lighting fixtures, fast Wi-Fi, 50” LED TVs with connectivity panels, Bluetooth speaker and international power sockets.
In line with the current fashion, the hotels will have multi-purpose lobby areas that include a business centre and lounge. Other facilities will include meeting rooms, restaurants and executive lounges. Meeting spaces at the brand’s hotels “will turn walls and tables into writable surfaces”, according to Tauzia.
The brand is being positioned as a modern, fashionable concept, according to the company, targeting “modern, savvy business and leisure travellers”. Its brand colours will be grey and light orange.
“Our goal not only to introduce this new brand to Indonesian public but also we’ve another one coming soon by 2019 overseas,” commented Xavier Droin, Tauzia’s chief operating officer.
The launch of Vertu comes 15 years after Tauzia unveiled its first brand, Harris Hotels. The company now operates six hotel brands: Harris, Vertu, Fox, Yello, Pop and Preference Hotels.
