Hospitality technology provider IQware Inc has acquired Megasys Hospitality Solutions, a Hospitality Property Management Software company. The move to acquire Megasys Hospitality Solutions commenced in the summer of 2021 after IQware Inc. raised capital from its new co-owner and Director Mr. Doug Skrepnek.
