Alongside traditional alpine cuisine, guests can expect a brand-new menu at Biancaneve and the finest cuts of meat at the Beefbar. Le Coucou provides the perfect base for a gourmet getaway in The Three Valleys while offering guests stunning amenities and complete privacy within two of its incredible chalets.

Le Fumoir

Le Coucou’s new alpine restaurant

Brand new for the season, Le Coucou is delighted to introduce its new alpine restaurant, Le Fumoir. Designed in harmony with its alpine environment and located in the cosy eaves of the hotel, the intimate restaurant seats up to 16 guests. Previously the old smoking room, Le Fumoir offers guests a new indulgent menu of favourite alpine dishes, from porcini mushrooms to Petrosian smoked salmon and Beaufort cheese shavings and smoked meat dishes. The restaurant introduces its two new menus La fondue (priced at 80€ per person) and Le Mont d’Or (priced at 70€ per person). Make sure to accompany your meals with a selection of desserts, whether it be a light Lemon meringue pie or a warming Crème Brulé before spending the evening enjoying company.

Located in the most beautiful places around the world, the Beefbar at Le Coucou allows guests to taste the rarest most sumptuous meats from the sunny terrace overlooking a snowy winter wonderland. As ever, Le Coucou’s Beefbar will continue to offer guests incredible dining options, serving the finest cuts of Black Angus Prime, Wagyu WX and Kobe beef alongside fresh grilled fish, ceviche and carpaccio. Le Coucou’s Beefbar restaurant will continue to use top-quality ingredients sourced from highly distinguished providers offering. A selection of sweet treats awaits for dessert, including Brioche French toast served with sea salt caramel and light cream. The Bar des Pistes

A Perfect Spot for Cocktail O’Clock

The perfect meeting spot at any time of the day, The Bar des Pistes just like Le Coucou’s restaurants is both chic and relaxed whilst encompassing an electric atmosphere at cocktail o’clock. Open every day, this is the perfect place to slow down over a cappuccino whilst you unwind and watch the skiers glide across the majestic mountains and take in the breath-taking panoramic views. Reward yourself with a glass of sparkling bubbly and don’t forget the selection of club sandwiches, pastas, pizzas and desserts before you make your way down the Tata Harper spa for an après ski pamper and swim.

A Private Getaway

Enjoy a private dining experience alongside breathtaking views at Le Coucou’s two private chalets, Chalet Eglantine and Chalet Eléonore. Complete with a private butler, Le Coucou’s two chalets provide the perfect intimate dinner setting in the open dining room which welcomes warming meals and of course sweet treats.  Create a bespoke dinner menu from the Biancaneve menu, and the private butler will make your wishes come true. Decorated by architect Pierre Yovanovitch, the unique Chalets are spread over four floors, accommodating up to 12 guests, and boasting an indoor pool, sauna and massage room. Creating memories to last a lifetime- it’s a wonder anyone makes it out to the slopes!
