Malaysia Airlines partners with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. to offer seamless onward connectivity

In a significant step for both parties, Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH), a leading global cruise company which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, are delighted to announce a strategic partnership, recognised by the signing of an MOU at the 2023 World Travel Market, held at London ExCel.

Both MAB and NCLH look forward to working together as they invite guests to embark on journeys that transcend borders and elevate travel experiences. This collaboration comes as the Company’s contemporary brand, Norwegian Cruise Line, recently returned to Asia for the first time in three years offering guests enticing itineraries in the region working closely with Malaysia Airlines, as they delivery their signature Malaysian Hospitality from the very start of their journey.

The partnership will reaffirm MAB and NCLH’s commitment to delivering top-tier service, streamlined to cater for any needs that might arise as guests embark on flights from London to arrive at their cruise departure.

Sally-Anne Beasley; VP Guest Services of Norwegian Cruise Line said: “Today’s signing starts the long-lasting collaboration between two guest-first brands aiming to deliver the very best travel experience. We are delighted to join forces with Malaysia Airlines to create an effortless and memory-making holiday, from air to sea.”

Daniel Bainbridge, Regional Manager for UK and Europe at Malaysia Airlines, commented: “We are delighted to embark on this partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line which will facilitate seamless integration from our expansive network to NCL’s cruises via our tailored MHcruise product. By leveraging our strengths in ensuring seamless connectivity, our valued guests can create memorable experiences in Southeast Asia and beyond onboard Malaysian Hospitality, while also taking advantage of MHcruise’s offerings to ensure fuss-free travel.”
