The property has stepped up its innovation and excellence initiatives over the last few years. The installation of Patch and Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations as well as the upgradation of the facilities including the lobby, the Gourmet Bar (GB), and the Food Exchange (FE) were undertaken o enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

As a part of ‘Heartiest Gratitude Week’ hotel showered their appreciation by arranging an elaborate-event. The 3-day event was planned with an objective to acknowledge and recognize the employee’s efforts in delivering the highest standards of services, contributing towards the success of the hotel. The       Crystal anniversary celebrations were rolled out with a      sumptuous breakfast for the employees. The teams also participated in an exciting Marathon which was followed by a Zumba unwinding. All the days were packed with various fun-filled events for the employees to promote team spirit.
