The Philippines will waive quarantine rules for fully vaccinated travellers from green countries starting November 22, 2021.
The Southeast Asian country will welcome fully vaccinated travellers from “Green List” countries but they must submit a negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior departure whereas no quarantine and no on-arrival RT-PCR test will be required.
Further guidelines and detailed requirements are expected to be released soon.

Meanwhile, travellers from “yellow list countries” will spend three days in quarantine from the previous five days.
According to Philippines’ Department of Tourism and IATF, the country will reopen to international tourists soon. It may happen before year-end.
