Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya recently visited Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) promotional stand at WTM 2017 in London, and was welcomed by Mrs. Usanee Sangsingkeo, THAI’s acting president, together with THAI Management staff from Head Office and the London office.

The Princess (pictured, seated, above) is a tourism ambassador and representative of the Royal Thai Government who met UK travel agents and hotel operators to encourage them to visit Thailand.

THAI’s booth, under the concept “The Pleasure of Flying”, provided a meet-and-mingle point for both the public and media to learn more about the airline’s exemplary service. THAI operates double daily non-stop flights from Bangkok to London with its new products, A380 and A350 XWB. THAI was recently recognised as the World’s Best Economy Class, World’s Best Airline Lounge Spa, and Best Economy Class Onboard Catering by Skytrax World Airline Awards.

THAI has joined almost 5,000 exhibitors and 51,000 delegates at WTM for what remains one of the travel industry’s most important global gatherings. Britain is one of THAI´s core markets, with nearly one million British travellers visiting Thailand every year.
