With over twenty-two years working at The Shilla, Chef Choi is bringing a wealth of experience gained at one of the most luxurious hotels in the world to Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang’s kitchens. Throughout his long culinary journey, Chef Choi distinguished himself as a creative and detail-oriented chef with a great passion for the culinary arts. Especially qualified in Korean and Western cuisines, he participated into the R&D team, acted as a trusted advisor for newly opened properties, developed new menu concepts, and much more.
“I am pleased and honored to be appointed as new Executive Chef of Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang. Surrounded by such amazing talented culinary team, my goal is to elevate the overall guest dining experience with a respect for the local ingredients.”, says Chef Choi.

With Thanh Cong Group (TC Group) as the owning company, Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang resort is the first global property managed under The Shilla Hotels & Resorts brand, a part of Samsung Group from South Korea, located in Vietnam.
