Spain has further extended its COVID entry restrictions until mid-November. A statement from the Ministry of Interior, published in the official Spanish Gazette BOE, said the current restrictions will remain in place until 15 November. A spokesperson for the Spanish Tourist Office confirmed the rule extension.

Travellers to Spain must be fully vaccinated, or must show a negative COVID-19 test, or must be able to prove they’ve recently recovered from COVID. Under 12s are exempt from the travel restrictions.

Travellers from the UK who can either show proof of being fully vaccinated, or of having recovered from prior COVID-19 infection in the last six months, or who are aged under 12 years old, do not need to complete a Travel Health Control Form. Everyone else must complete the form no more than 48 hours before travel.
