New EU directive to require travel sustainability reporting for 2024 year: is the industry ready?
Large companies listed on the stock market have for some time now been required to report on the sustainability impact of their corporate travel. But in Europe such requirements are going to be extended to companies with as few as 500 staff with the introduction of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in January 2024.
GBTA applauds new corporate sustainability reporting directive
The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), welcomes the adoption of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) to create new, detailed sustainability reporting requirements and significantly expand the number of European and non-European companies subject to the European sustainability reporting framework.
