ixigo, India’s leading OTA for the next billion users, has introduced its innovative “Price Lock” feature for flights, allowing travellers to lock airfares for up to 2 days and book later, once their travel plans are confirmed.

Airfares for key domestic routes increased by 10-15 per cent during the festival season while flights to Kerala cities saw a 20-25 per cent rise.

With the onset of the festive season, ixigo (Le Travenues Technology Limited), India’s  online travel aggregator, announced a partnership with Simpl, India’s foremost Checkout Network, to offer a seamless 1-Tap Checkout for a wide range of travel options on the ixigo, and ConfirmTkt platforms.
