The Ascott Limited (Ascott) has announced it is acquiring Oakwood Worldwide (Oakwood).

Oakwood Worldwide has announced it will open its second branded property in Hyderabad in 2021, in partnership with the Kapil Group.

Oakwood Worldwide is slated to open Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Shin-Osaka, with Yasuko Sugiyama as its GM, on the summer of 2018.
