Rich Media Exchange has been named one of the Top 5 Finalists for the prestigious Travel Technology Europe Disrupt Awards. The finalists will compete for the Disrupt Award itself at Travel Technology Europe on Feb 23. Aside from Rich Media Europe (RME), the other finalists are Airlines Technology, Flyto, Ensygnia and UnitPal.
The companies were chosen during a three-week online vote, which was open to the public and received over a thousand nominations.
The five companies will now present to a panel of judges in a Dragons’ Den style pitch that battles it out for this year’s crown. The winner not only receives the distinction, but also aPR and marketing campaign and a stand at next year’s Travel Technology Europe worth £8,000.

The show attracts more than 5,500 of Europe’s top travel technology professionals and more than 130 suppliers. The Disrupt Awards are a longstanding feature of the show, designed to “disrupt traditional thinking” and reward one exhibitor with the coveted Award for Disruption.
