Traveltek Group Ltd has announced that cruise and airline professional Emma Stebbings has joined its new Customer Services Delivery (CSD) team as Key Account Manager.
Stebbings, who steps into the role with the East Kilbride-headquartered firm from Silversea Cruises, brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the position, which will see her provide customer support to Traveltek’s expanding client portfolio.
The 25-strong CSD team, which is led by recently appointed general manager, Scott Hanney, to whom Stebbings will report, has been established to ensure the travel tech specialist’s new and existing customers are well supported during the company’s current growth phase.
