Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn, New York today announces the appointment of three executives to key positions to oversee the growth and development of the original boutique property in the neighborhood of Williamsburg. These strategic hires are a testament to Wythe Hotel’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for locals and travelers alike.
With over fifteen years of experience driving revenue for global hotel brands, Cristina Dalal joins Wythe Hotel as Director of Sales, where she will develop and execute sales strategies for the boutique property. Cristina boasts an impressive history of supporting booking goals at esteemed hotels, most recently as Director of Sales at Graduate New York on Roosevelt Island. She has also served in sales roles at SIXTY SoHo, and TWA Hotel, the onsite property at New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport.
Claire Rock, a seasoned marketing leader with a diverse background in publishing, retail, and commercial real estate, assumes the role of Marketing Director. She previously held leadership roles at WeWork, Westfield World Trade Center and Southern Living Magazine, where she executed national and hyper-local marketing campaigns, managed large-scale food and wine events and generated leads to support big-picture goals for the iconic brands. Claire also recently received a Culinary Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education, affording her unique insight as she spearheads the marketing strategy for Le Crocodile, Wythe Hotel’s award-winning French restaurant on the ground floor, and for Bar Blondeau, the property’s acclaimed rooftop bar with European-inspired small plates and cocktails.
Gabriella Borg Costanzi has been named Service & Beverage Director of Le Crocodile. In this role, she will support chef partners Aidan O’Neal and Jake Leiber to ensure the ongoing success of the restaurant and oversee day-to-day operations in order to provide the highest level of guest experience. Gabriella has worked in the culinary and hospitality industry for over a decade, including in managerial positions at Michelin-starred establishments such as Lyle’s in London and Pineapple & Pearls in Washington D.C. With a focus on staff education and establishing Le Crocodile as a premiere wine destination in New York City, Gabriella is well-positioned to further elevate Le Crocodile as Williamsburg’s favorite neighborhood brasserie.
“We’re thrilled to welcome three new members to the Wythe family,” said Priscilla Washam, General Manager of Wythe Hotel. “They each bring a unique skill set and a fresh perspective to Williamsburg’s beloved Wythe Hotel.
