Australian operator (re)launches Asia Cycling Tours

Tour de Vines, Australia’s award-wining cycling tour operator, has relaunched tours in South East Asia.

Choose from a journey down the Mekong from Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) to Phnom Penh in Cambodia, or a Cambodian itinerary from Phnom Penh to famed Siem Reap, home of UNESCO-listed Angkor Wat temples. Why not combine both trips for an incredible journey from Ho Chi Minh to Siem Reap.

Highlights such as escaping the crowds at Angkor Wat and cycling the outer edges with a trained guide to learn about this incredible monument, or laughing so hard during our private cooking class you forget to add the garlic, and the rows of children lining the streets with “hello hello” as you ride by, make these trips memorable.

Both itineraries are 7 nights and include quality accommodation, most meals including a private cooking class, fully guided with support van throughout, and entrance to major sites with quality bikes (e-bikes available). The cycling is graded as easy with distances averaging 40kms per day and largely flat throughout.

Tours are timed to run over the dry season from December, January and February and start at $3000pp. Group sizes are kept to 16 enabling better accommodation choices and guide service.
