Air Astana received the “Best Passenger Service / Product Innovation Airline of the Year” award at China Civil Aviation magazine’s Sky Choice Travel Awards ceremony in Beijing in January 2024.

The Sky Choice Travel Awards are annually presented to leading industry players in the aviation, travel and hotel sectors, with the judging panel comprising of industry experts, media, and frequent travelers. The annual award categories for airlines and airports include Best Passenger Service / Product Innovation Airline, Best Cabin Comfort Experience Airline, Best Environmental Protection Airline, Best Sustainable Contribution Airline, Best Budget Airline, Best Cargo Airline and others.
