CMV’s light at the end of the tunnel

Cruise & Maritime Voyages (CMV) has reported a rise in 2021 bookings from UK ports, including their popular Northern Lights itineraries.

Mike Hall, marketing director in CMV, said: “Our experience over the last two to three weeks is that the UK is thinking again about a cruise holiday in 2021. Those itineraries that offer a sense of discovery and exploration are leading in popularity. It looks like we all want something to look forward to after lockdown. Having the chance to see the fantastic natural display of the Northern Lights is high on many wish lists.”

CMV has a number of itineraries in 2021 which sail in search of the Northern Lights, offering the chance to experience the beautiful Aurora Borealis. Marco Polo departs from the London Cruise Terminal at Tilbury on a 15-night cruise calling in many of the Norwegian locations with an excellent record of sightings of the Northern lights.
