The four-times-a-week service will take off on May 24, and Amsterdam becomes the fourth easyJet destination from Southend, alongside Malaga, Majorca and Faro.
EasyJet has also added additional flights to Faro from Southend – up to four a week.
The additional operations will see easyJet’s operations at London Southend increase by 30 per cent compared to summer 2022.
Meanwhile, Southend Airport owner Esken said it has signed a multi-year partnership agreement with easyJet, which will enable the airline to increase its network and capacity over the coming years. Flights for the new Amsterdam service start at £31.99. (approx.. USD39.23 )
