Gulf Air, the national carrier of Bahrain, and All Food Company, a Bahraini food supplier, imported approximately 4,000 kg worth of fresh produce from Europe using its flagship Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.

In an initiative spearheaded by Team Bahrain, the carrier and All Food Company are working together to ensure that the global outbreak of the coronavirus (Covid-19) does not affect the country’s food security.

The airline invites Bahraini food suppliers to utilise its cargo operations, which are dedicated to ensuring a stable and safe food supply chain.
