Hainan Airlines begins its foray into Central America as it commences its new Beijing-Tijuana-Mexico City route on 12 July.
The new route will fly from Beijing to the Mexican capital twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. Return flights from Mexico to Beijing fly out on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Opening this route between China and Mexico provides passengers from both nations with a more comfortable and convenient travel experience.
Airline executives likewise expressed hope that this will continue to promote a more comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
Hainan Airlines chairman Zhu Tao said: “The opening of [our] Beijing-Tijuana-Mexico City route not only provides a more convenient travel option for tourists from both countries, but also allows more passengers to have the opportunity to personally experience the unique cultural charm of the two countries, and deepen the friendship between the two peoples.”
Zhu added that the airline will further leverage its aviation business advantages in the near future. This will enable it to build a solid safety bottom line and provide passengers with an exceptional service experience.
