In time to plan for their summer holidays, Australian families are set to discover the nation’s favourite child-friendly  locations with the release of the ‘Holidays with Kids Top 10 Resorts Readers’ Choice Awards.

Now in its 16th year, the annual survey asks readers of Holidays with Kids (HWK) to reveal their best family vacation experiences.The awards take into account  a number of  factors, and not only are kids’ clubs and activities a must, but adults should also be catered for, if  a location is to really make a mark.

The magaizne’s readers have been more adventurous over the last year,  and new and exotic locations have been added to the mix, with many first-time resorts entering the running.

Cathy Wagstaff, editor-in-chief of Holidays with Kids says, “This year we have expanded the Bali section into the far reaches of Indonesia and split it into two categories – over four stars and four stars and under – giving readers access to all that Indonesia offers.”
