Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi has set the Guinness World Record for ‘Most nationalities at a dance party’. People hailing from 66 different countries gathered under one roof and danced fervently to heart thumping music, helping Velocity Sports Bar and Restaurant break the previous record of 50 nationalities at a dance party.

The excitement was palpable as this momentous occasion defined a true celebration of diversity of culture, lifestyle and heritage, an environment that each resident in the United Arab Emirates is proud to be part of. Velocity, a popular nightlife venue in the heart of Abu Dhabi, has been an integral part of the capital’s entertainment landscape since its inception in 2016, setting the perfect stage for this historical moment.
