Today we begin a new year.  And tomorrow or Tuesday, most go back to work.  

Some may be looking forward to 2017 and what it will bring and others, even as you contemplate going back to work are actively looking for your next opportunity, unsure if you can manage even one more day in your current role. Others of you may be what I lovingly call “in between successes”.
