Singapore has relaxed from 28 August the entry requirements for visitors to the city-state who have not been vaccinated. They will no longer be subject to an initial seven-day SHN (Stay Home Notice) quarantine or a post-quarantine PCR test.

Even while fully vaccinated travellers were exempt from taking a pre-departure test as late as April, those going to Singapore still need to take one within two days of departure.

In addition, as of 29 August, masks will no longer be required in most indoor settings, except for “when essential services are carried out in confined and congested places, and which are regularly utilised by vulnerable persons.”

All of those mentioned above imply that masks are still required on all MRT/LRT and public bus routes in Singapore and interior public transit facilities like bus interchanges and MRT platforms.

In a recent announcement, British Airways also stated that on 30 October 2022, flights BA11 and BA12, its second daily service between London and Singapore, will resume for the winter 2022 schedules.
