Virtuoso, the global travel network specialising in luxury and experiential travel, brought together over 90 preferred partners and members across the region for one of its largest U.K. events to date, On Tour London. Hosted at The Savoy, the day consisted of a number of networking sessions whereby partners presented their latest news to members, allowing them to discover new offerings and experiences for clients. Attendees also received a keynote address from multi-award-winning general manager and customer service consultant Peter Avis, who presented his four pillars for success and touched on his 25 years of international experience within the hospitality sector.
Forty-five members attended, from owners to managers, frontline advisors to independent contractors, and the 45 partners in attendance spanned hotels, experiential travel companies and cruises, including brands such as One&Only Resorts, Ponant, Raibookers and Accor. The On Tour events are designed to provide the opportunity to make invaluable connections with partners and discuss new launches and offerings to ensure clients have access to the very latest experiences. Virtuoso will be hosting three more intimate and local Virtuoso Connects events across the continent in 2023, for regional members to meet with a range of partners, hosted in Rome, Edinburgh and Barcelona.
