Jang Kanlayanee comes to Baros and Milaidhoo Maldives, offering guests at both properties’ exceptional treatments, including her signature Quantum Touch Sound Healing, from 1 to 15 September. 

Thai-born Kanlayanee brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the spa, wellness and hospitality sectors. 

Her impressive career includes roles at prestigious five-star resorts such as Kamalaya Thailand, Soneva Kiri Six Senses and Talise Spa Jumeirah Vittaveli in the Maldives.  She also held the posts of  senior spa therapist, instructor, holistic practitioner, and corporate training manager throughout her career. 

Her holistic approach aligns body and mind, promoting overall well-being through physical health.

What can guests expect?

During her residency, Kanlayanee will offer her signature Shakti Healing (Reiki) sessions. 

Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, also promotes healing. 

This gentle practice involves placing crystal stones on the chakras and using hands to heal through a gentle touch. 

Reiki not only induces deep relaxation but also assists in the body’s natural healing processes, fostering emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. 

Guests will experience relief from emotional stress and an overall improvement in well-being through these sessions.
