On Saturday, the Celebrity Edge sailed from Sydney for the first time, embarking on a 12-night journey across New Zealand’s coasts, breathtaking fjords, and vibrant cities. New Zealand’s South Island is home to the breathtaking Dusky, Doubtful, and Milford Sounds, as well as a night in Auckland, a wine tasting in Napier, the picturesque Dunedin, and more.

This is the first of 12 itineraries planned for the summer season in Australia, which runs from now to April 2024 and is meant to indulge guests in the delights of Australia, New Zealand and the tropical South Pacific. Guests can choose from a variety of six- to thirteen-night itineraries that visit a staggering 22 ports, with departures from Sydney and Auckland.

The ship’s culinary options are equally exceptional, with 29 distinct restaurants, bars, and lounges serving globally inspired menus created by a Michelin-starred chef.
